Marching on the Pentagon? Here's Some Advice For You

President John Fitzgerald Kennedy once said:

"Let every nation know....whether it wishes us well or ill....that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure the survival and the success of LIBERTY" January 20, 1961

What is it that is dribbling out of the months of these kool-aid drinking anti-war protesters? Are they really against the war in Iraq, or are they just proving to the world that they can exercise their Freedom of Speech?

These protesters are letting 'every nation' know that they are against their own countrymen, the US Troops. The US troops are the ones to 'pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe'.

The followers of Hanoi or Jihad Jane, whichever you prefer, are the very ones who are dragging the US down, down to the point where other nations do not see us as they once did. They look at the news and see these clowns screaming for their Commander in Chief's head on a platter, trying to do the same thing their drug-addict, bra-burning parents did in the 60's, which is to be disrespectful to our men and women in uniforms. It is because of pond scum like the protesters that our Vietnam Veterans were treated worse than the animals imprisoned at Gitmo.

These protesters think they are furthering the 'success of liberty' for the United States, but they are really doing everything the opposite of what it really means to be an "American".

Read the following and tell me if you think the protesters are acting like 'Americans', or are they merely hiding behind their rights 'to free speech' and 'to assemble' so they can behave as stark-ravingly mad as the sociopathic, homicidal maniacs who slammed planes into the World Trade Center and killed 1,000's of other Americans.

The American's Creed
by William Tyler Page

I believe in the United States of America as a government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed, a democracy in a republic, a sovereign Nation of many sovereign States; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws to respect its flag, and to defend it against all enemies.
–Written 1917, accepted by the United States House of Representatives on April 3, 1918.

Which reminds me, if you plan to March on the Pentagon, keep your eye on the sky. The nutjobs you're helping while you 'march' may be flying in for a second shot at it.
